Changing the backlight
Learn how to change the backlight setting on a display panel.
1. Press MENU on the remote control or keypad.
2. Select Image Settings > Backlight.
3. Use the arrows to adjust the apparent brightness of the image.
Changing the gamma settings
Learn how to change the gamma settings on a display panel.
1. Press MENU on the remote control or keypad.
2. Select Image Settings > Color Temperature & Gamma > Gamma.
3. Use the arrows to select 2.2 (default) or Off.
When off is selected, Calibration, Color Temperature, and Flesh Tone settings are not available.
Calibrating the image
Learn how to calibrate the image on a display panel.
1. Press MENU on the remote control or keypad.
2. Select Image Settings > Color Temperature & Gamma > Calibration.
3. Select the display type.

Single Display—Use when a single display panel is used by itself, not as part of a video
wall. In this mode, the display panel is calibrated to match the selected color temperature
very closely.
•
Multi-Display—Use when the display panel is used as part of a video wall. In this mode,
the display panel is finely calibrated to match adjacent displays.
When display panels are used as part of a video wall, all display panels in the video wall should
have Calibration set to Multi-Display for best panel matching.
Setting the color temperature
Learn how to set the color temperature on a display panel.
1. Press MENU on the remote control or keypad.
2. Select Image Settings > Color Temperature & Gamma.
3. Use the arrows to adjust the overall color temperature, or to adjust the individual gain and
offset for red, green, and blue.
