Choosing a Wake Up From Sleep mode

Choose when a display panel wakes up from power-saving mode.

1. Press MENU on the remote control or keypad.
2. Select Advanced Settings > Wake Up From Sleep.
3. Use the arrow keys to select one of the following.

•

VGA Only—The display panel wakes up from power-saving mode when it receives an
active video signal on its VGA (analog) input.

•

VGA, Digital, RS232—The display panel wakes up from power-saving mode when it
receives an active signal from its VGA, HDMI, DisplayPort or DVI inputs, or when it
receives a valid RS232 command.

•

Never Sleep—The display panel never enters power-saving mode.

Configuring Ethernet settings

Learn how to configure network settings.

1. Press MENU on the remote control or keypad.
2. Select Advanced Settings > Ethernet Setup.
3. Use the arrows to update any of the following.

•

Enable Network—Select Yes to enable the network feature.

•

Dynamic IP—Select Enable to enable DHCP for dynamic IP address assignment.

•

Static IP Address—Sets the static IP address when the Dynamic IP is disabled, or views
the static IP address when the Dynamic IP is enabled.
Range: 255.255.255.255 (0.0.0.0)

•

Subnet Mask—Sets the subnet mask when the Dynamic IP is disabled, or views the
subnet mask when the Dynamic IP is enabled.
Range: 255.255.255.255 (0.0.0.0)

•

Gateway—Sets the gateway when the Dynamic IP is disabled, or views the gateway when
the Dynamic IP is enabled.
Range: 255.255.255.255 (0.0.0.0)

•

DNS Address—Sets the DNS address when the Dynamic IP is disabled, or views the DNS
address when the Dynamic IP is enabled.
Range: 255.255.255.255 (0.0.0.0)

•

Save Network Settings—If the Dynamic IP is disabled, select Yes to save the network
configuration.

•

Email Alert—Enable or disable any of the following email alerts.

•

Power Status—Send an alert if a display panel is turned on or off.

•

Source Status—Send an alert if a different source is selected.
