Remote Controller Battery
Replacement
The battery shall be replaced if the action
distance of remote controller shortens
gradually (battery type: 3V CR 2032).
Perform in accordance with steps as
below:
1.
Open the remote controller unit from
the side clip with flat nose tool.
2.
Pry out the battery carefully. Install a
new battery between the two terminals
with the symbol (+) facing upward.
3.
In stall the remote controller unit in
reverse order.
Used lithium battery cannot be
disposed as household waste. Please
dispose used batteries in accordance with
the regulations on environmental
protection.
Electronic Anti-theft System
The electronic anti-theft system of vehicle
functions aiming at the engine, which
greatly increases the integrated safety of
vehicle anti-theft.
There is a chip in every key, combining
with the key, electronic anti-theft machine
and engine computer; they form an
organic anti-theft system. If any
unauthorized person copies a key with the
same figure, but no chip matching with the
anti-theft machine and engine computer,
the engine won’t start, so it reduces the
possibility of vehicle being stolen.
If you carelessly lose the key, p lease get to
Chery’s special service station to make a
new key. The station has special electronic
equipment that may copy a new key for
you and let the lost key invalid.
The chip inside shall not be
thrown away after the key is
opened, otherwise it may lead to
the engine cannot start.
The anti-theft system will be
only available when all doors,
engine hood and luggage boot are
properly closed. After the vehicle
body entered in normal anti-theft
mode,

four doors are locked

Front anti-theft indicator on the
dashboard will flash consecutively.
