Engine defect alarm lamp
When the ignition switch turns on, the
alarm lamp lights and the electronic
control system of engine is under
self-inspection. The lamp will be off after
the engine started if the system has no
defect. The engine must be checked if the
lamp keeps lighting.
If the lamp lights during driving, it means
the electronic control system of engine
fails. Please get to Chery’s special service
station to have it checked and repaired as
soon as possible.
High beam indicator lamp
The lamp lights when using high beam or
headlamp flashing.
Turning signal indicator lamp
It includes turn left indicator lamp and
turn right indicator lamp. Switch on the
turn left/ right indicator lamp, the
corresponding turning signal indicator
lamp will flash with (slower). When the
danger alarm lamp is lighting, left/right
turning indicator lamps and turning signal
indicator lamps will flash at the same time.
If the flashing frequency of turning signal
indicator lamp doubles, it means the
corresponding turning indicator lamp
failed.
Air bag alarm lamp ( )
The alarm lamp lights 3-4s and off when
the ignition switch turns on, which means
the air bag working normally. If the lamp
keeps lighting, it means there are defects.
If the lamp lights during driving, which
means there are defects. You have to get to
Chery’s special service station to have the
system checked.
