It shows the rotation speed of engine
(r.p.m).
The red area in the upper right side of dial
means the maximum allowable rotation
speed range in short time for run-in engine
under working temperature.
However, it suggests that the transmission
lever shall be pushed to higher gear
position when the hand reaches to the area,
or remove you foot from the accelerator
pedal.
NOTES:
Shifting to higher gear position earlier is
good for saving fuel and reducing driving
noise.
Once the engine op erates unstable, please
shift to adjacent lower gear position
immediately.
DO NOT let the engine run with
high speed in running-in period!
