Warranty for Complete
Vehicle
Every Chery Riich R2 sold by an
authorized sales service enter can enjoy
the conditional quality warranty. Within
the warranty, if the quality defect of the
vehicle occurs under normal operation and
maintenance, it is covered by the warranty,
and the owner does not pay for the
maintenance and repair. However, the
vehicle must be repaired by Chery’s
special service station.
The quality warranty period for
non-operational Chery Riich R2 is
thirty-six (36) months or 60,000km
accumulated road mileage while the
warranty period for the operational vehicle
is twelve (12) months or 100,000km
accumulated road mileage, whichever is
first (i.e. one of both conditions comes, the
vehicle is not subject to the quality
warranty), and the warranty period is
calculated starting from the earliest date
among the date that the owner received the
vehicle, the owner information uploaded
date, the invoice date of purchase or
license issued date. If the purpose of
vehicle changes within the warranty
period, the warranty duration and mileage
concerned does not alter.
Within the warranty period, if the vehicle
is subject to regular maintenance specified
by Chery Automobile Co., Ltd. while the
complete vehicle or some parts have
defect(s) and they are covered by the
quality warranty, please get to Chery’s
special service station to have your vehicle
checked and repaired.

Control arm ball pin, tie rod ball, steering
universal joint, oxygen sensor, clutch plate,
damper, damper rubber sleeve, dust cap:
12 months/ 30,000km
Battery: 12months/ 50,000km
Horn: 6 months/ 30,000km
Ribbed belt, engine timing belt, generator
belt:
12 months/ 50,000km
Plastic parts, rubber parts, switches, lamps,
paintwork flake/ crack:
12 months/ 20,000km
Quality warranty period of wearing
parts (limited to original quality
problems only) is 3 months or 5,000km
Wearing parts include: bulbs, glass
products, tires, brake shoes, clutch lining,
spark plug, wiper blade, air cleaner, oil
cleaner, fuel cleaner, high-vo ltage cable
and antenna.
