Make sure the Main Power switch
is ON or the microprocessor is in
PC Mode. (Refer to Section 5.3.)
Using either a PC card or computer with a
download cable hooked into the serial
port/download plug, load current version of
the software into micro. Insert PC card
into the PC card slot on the micro.

“OFF” position & re-insert
the card. Operate the
system in order to verify
the repair.

space. Use
ReeferManager
to extract downloaded
data & then erase
card. Operate the

order to verify the

micro & re-install old
micro.
Are pins unable to
be straightened or
pins broken?
PC card slot may be
defective. Turn power off and
verify status light is not
blinking. Check for bent pins
in the card slot & straighten
as needed. Did you find and
correct the condition?
Micro is not the
fault.
Review the test results
with your supervisor. If
necessary, go to the
beginning of the tree
and test again.
