Manual Mode
When operating in Manual mode, all X-ray techniques and exposure fac-
tors must be set by the operator. To make manual exposure settings, see
Figure 3-3 and proceed as follows:

1. Press the MANUAL mode key on the operator control panel. The
system displays the MANUAL MODE screen.
2. Press the MAS/TIME key to toggle display between mAs and time
settings.
3. Verify exposure (technique) settings are correct. Modify tech-
nique using the KV, MA, or MAS/TIME increment/decrement keys
as required.
