Perform the Acceptance Test Proce-
dure.
Test failed due to “Wrong
angle detected”.
ATP phantom was not properly
aligned with the edges of the
cassette.
Properly align the edges of the ATP
phantom with the cassette edges.
Test failed due to “Wrong
exposure level detected”.
Measured Average Pixel Value
(APV) is not within the accepted
range of 5 +/- 1mR.
Readjust the X-ray settings according
to the displayed instructions:
Acceptance test has failed.
Please call Service.
The acceptance test has failed
for a reason other than wrong
exposure dose or phantom mis-
alignment.
•
Verify that the phosphor screen is
clean and undamaged.
•
Verify that the excessive light has
not penetrated the system:
Power supply and USB door is
properly closed.
No direct light source is pointed
toward the scanner.
Light level in the room is below 500
lux.
•
Call Service.
