Changing the printing orientation
It is possible to change the printing orientation in order to produce output such as that shown below.
The printing orientation of each page can be changed.
ex. Print label tape (12mm wide) as shown below.

Press [Format].
The function selection display appears. •

] to select “1: Format”, and press [Enter].
The Orientation display appears. •

Press [ ◄ ] or [ ► ] to select “2:Vertical”, and then press a [Enter].
The character input display appears. •

Press [Style].
This is because you are going to input two lines. •

] to select “2:Line”, and press [Enter]
The Line setting display appears. •

] or [

] to select “2:2 lines”, and then press a [Enter].
The character input display now shows two lines. •

Input “12V”.
Confirm that the characters that are input
are displayed on their side.
