Sequential Broadcasting
The machine allows you to send the same document to a maximum of 201
recipients in one operation.
NOTE
•
If you frequently send documents to the same group of recipients, you can group these
numbers for group dialing. This will allow you to send documents to all recipients in the
group at the press of one or a few keys.
•
The machine is equipped with two methods for faxing documents to multiple destinations
at the same time: Sequential Broadcasting, in which you specify a speed dialing key/
code for each destination one by one, and Group Dialing, in which you specify only one
speed dialing key/code for all of the destinations.

Press [FAX].
The FAX indicator lights and the machine enters the fax standby mode.

Place the document on the platen glass or load it in the feeder.

Adjust any necessary settings for your document.
- Press [Image Quality] to select the fax resolution. (See “Image Quality
(Resolution),” on p. 3-8.)
- Press [Density] to select the scan density. (See “Density,” on p. 3-10.)
