When you hear the recorded message of the information 
service, press [Tone].

If you are already using this machine with tone line, this step is not necessary.

After you press 

 (Tone), a <T> appears on the LCD display.

Enter the numbers requested by the fax information service 
using the numeric keys.

Numbers entered after pressing 

 (Tone) will be dialed using tone dialing.

NOTE

If you require more information about the service, contact the company providing 
the service.

Press [Start] if you require a faxed copy of the information.

The machine receives the document.

After the reception has completed, the machine returns to the standby display 
automatically.
