Metrics Exportable Details Parameter Definitions
The exportable metrics files (.CSV file) contain a range of a parameters detailing probe movement
during target cut plane capture and a comparison between the final captured and target positions.

(seconds) Time elapsed between when the “Start Metrics” button was
pressed and the “Stop Metrics” button was pressed.
Total Distance Traveled for Cut
Plane Capture (cm)
Total probe distance travelled between when the “Start Metrics”
button was pressed and the “Stop Metrics” button was pressed
(see detailed section for calculation details).
Total Angular Movement for Cut
Plane Capture (degrees)
Total probe angular movement between when the “Start Metrics”
button was pressed and the “Stop Metrics” button was pressed
see detailed section for calculation details).
Number of Probe Accelerations
from Rest
A count of the amount of times the probe transitions from a
speed of 0.05 cm/s to a speed greater than 0.05 cm/s (including
the initial movement).
Time for Initial Probe Movement
The time elapsed between “start metrics” is pressed and the
probe acceleration count is 1.
