To attach the stands:
1. Insert the larger stand into the holes in the upper back (arrow toward
head), and the smaller stand into the holes in the lower back (arrow toward
feet).
2. Ensure the stands with non-slip bottom are flat on surface.
NOTE: Be careful not to lean on or move the mannequin and stands while
in use.
The Bob 1.3 Male Mannequin - Elevated With Stands
The female mannequin can be placed on a surface that supports 30 pounds (13.6 kg).
The Female Mannequin on Flat Surface
Step 2: Attach the Head
(for TEE Users with Bob 1.1 or Bob 1.2)
If your Vimedix simulator includes the TEE module, the mannequin head must be attached to the
mannequin prior to using the TEE probe. Proper alignment of the head ensures smooth insertion of the
TEE probe.
NOTE: Head attachment is not applicable for Bob 1.3 or Female mannequin.
