Selecting a Convention

The Vimedix simulator contains four different conventions options: Cardiology and Anesthesiology
convention, Radiology convention, Cardiac Pediatric convention and Mayo Clinic Cardiac convention.

The Convention Options

NOTE:

When using the expanded toolbar view, click the desired convention button located in the

Convention section of the Ultrasound panel.

The Convention Section

For the cardiac modules, the cardiology and anesthesiology convention is selected by default. For the
Vimedix Ob/Gyn ultrasound simulator, the radiology convention is selected by default.
