ASSIGNMENTS

SERIES 90 LOW-VOLTAGE SYSTEMS

The Series 90 low voltage test systems use scanner boards
that have 128 test points each. These scanner boards use
two 64-pin, .100-inch dual row pin headers to connect to
the interface fixture. When making interface cables, see
Figure 14 for the proper location and orientation of the
connectors.
