SERIES 90L4/H8 FUSE REPLACEMENT

There are two fuses in the Series 90L4/90H8. One fuse is internal and is mounted on the power
supply board. The second fuse is on the rear panel and is marked Lamp Fuse.

1.

Be sure power is totally disconnected.

2.

To gain access to the power supply remove the six screws on the rear panel.

3.

Remove the panel and set it down with the power supply board facing up.

NOTE

When removing the rear panel, be careful not to over-extend the internal cabling.

3.

Locate the fuse on the power supply board as shown in Figure 21, below. Use
replacement fuse with the same rating as the one installed. (Replacing the fuse with a
higher rated fuse can cause permanent damage to the power supply, scanner control
board, and scanner boards.)

4.

Reinstall rear panel.
