15.15.3 Changing the gateway IP address via Logix Designer

Start the “Logix Designer”
→
First, select “Go Online”
(“Rem Run” = Remote Run)
→
Right click on “Ethernet”
→
Select “Gateway 8681 bues ...”
→
Right click and select “Properties”
→
A new window opens, go to the
“Internet Protocol” tab
→
Mark “Manually configure IP set -
tings” (in the area “Internet Pro -
tocol Settings”)
→
In the area “IP Settings Con-
figuration”, overwrite the current
“Physical Module IP Address”
and - if required - also “Subnet
Mask” and “Gateway Address”
→
Click the “Set” button.
A warning then appears:
“IP Address in physical module
does not match address in
general properties (...)”
→
Click the “OK” button
