PROBLEM
SOLUTION
On pressing the Entrance panel Activation/Cycling
(
) key no picture appears
– check that the handset and entrance panel have been cor-
rectly wired and configured (must have the same P address).
On pressing the Door lock (
) key the command is
not performed
– check that the handset and entrance panel have been cor-
rectly wired and configured (must have the same P address).
When called the handset does not ring
– check that the handset and entrance panel have been cor-
rectly wired and configured;
– check that the “Call Exclusion” function is not active or that
the bell volume has not been zeroed.
When called the handset rings but the monitor does
not switch on
– check that it has not been set as “Slave”.
At the entrance panel it is difficult to hear the caller
– talk at a maximum distance of 40 centimetres from the Iryde
Touch Phone microphone;
– reduce the volume of the entrance panel microphone;
– communicate using the Iryde Touch Phone handset.
At the handset it is difficult to hear the caller
– check the volume setting on the Iryde Touch Phone;
– make sure that there are no strong noise sources near the
Iryde Touch Phone;
– communicate using the Iryde Touch Phone handset.
Faulty operation when used with Telephone switch-
board
- check the configuration of the telephone switchboard;
- check that the correct telephone model has been set.
INCONVENIENTE
SOLUZIONE
Premendo il tasto Attivazione posto esterno/Cicla-
mento (
) non appare nessuna immagine
– verificare che il posto interno e esterno siano correttamente
cablati e configurati (devono avere lo stesso indirizzo P).
Premendo il tasto Serratura (
) non viene eseguito
il comando
– verificare che il posto interno e esterno siano correttamente
cablati e configurati (devono avere lo stesso indirizzo P).
Su chiamata il posto interno non suona
– verificare che il posto interno e esterno siano correttamente
cablati e configurati;
– verificare che non sia attiva la funzione"Esclusione Chiamata"
o di non aver azzerato il volume della suoneria.
Su chiamata il posto interno suona ma non si accende
il monitor
– verificare che non sia impostato come "Slave".
Al posto esterno è difficoltoso sentire chi parla Phone.
– parlare ad una distanza massima di 40 centimetri dal microfo-
no di Iryde Touch Phone;
– ridurre il volume del microfono del posto esterno;
– comunicare attraverso la cornetta di Iryde Touch Phone.
Al posto interno è difficoltoso sentire chi parla
– verificare la regolazione dei volumi su Iryde Touch Phone;
– verificare che non siano presenti forti sorgenti rumorose in
prossimità di Iryde Touch Phone;
– comunicare attraverso la cornetta di Iryde Touch Phone.
Malfunzionamento in caso di utilizzo con centralino
telefonico
- controllare la configurazione del centralino telefonico;
- verificare di avere impostato il modello corretto di telefono.
