Answering Machine

When the answering machine is enabled (with the extension 
enabled for receiving external calls) it will switch on with the 
announcement message when an external call comes in.
The person calling may leave a message.

 

Intercom Answering machine

When the answering machine is enabled (with the extension 
enabled for receiving door-entry calls) it will switch on with 
the announcement message when a door-entry call comes 
in. The person calling from the entrance panel may leave 
a message.

The telephone intercom-answering machine services can be active simultaneously: the answering machine connected to the switchboard will 
switch on both when an external call come in and when a door-entry call comes in (the announcement message will be the same for both services).

By connecting an answering machine to an extension and by programming the extension thereof as an answering machine 
(for further information, contact your installation technician or see “Installation manual”), it is possible to make use of the 
telephone intercom-answering machine services
