Telephone functions

1

 

Identification of the caller (CLID)

This service allows you to identify the caller’s telephone 
number from the telephone line; it is possible to use this 
service only on extension 1 (401) by installing a specially 
preset telephone or a specific display.
If the CLID service is not already enabled, ask your 
telephone carrier to enable it on the telephone line.

 

Short text messages (SMS)

This  service  allows  you  to  receive  from  the  external  line 
1 and to send to any external line SMS messages; this is 
possible  by  installing  a  telephone  preset  for  this  service 

only on extension 1 (401)

.

Ask your telephone carrier if the SMS service is enabled on 
the telephone line, if not, ask to enable it.
