If you receive a call when you are not at home:
• answer the call with your mobile phone or fixed telephone;
• you will hear 3 consecutive tones;
• press a numeric key (0 - 9) to start talking;
• you will then be put through to the person who made the
door entry call;
• after a 45 second conversation, the switchboard will send
a tone (three consecutive tones) to inform you that your
time is running out;
• to continue the conversation, press a numeric key (0 - 9),
otherwise the conversation will end in a few seconds;
• in order to remotely open the lock associated with the
entrance panel that enabled the DOSA service, the
“DOSA service lock release” function must be enabled in
the switchboard (see Installation manual for more details);

• it is possible to end the telephone communication at any
time by pressingr

and then by hanging up.

It is not possible for some types of audio/video units to continue the
conversation for more than 45 seconds (ask your installation technician
for details).

In order to remotely open the lock, dial the 997 code. Wait at least
three seconds between each number.

Lock release with “DOSA Service”
During the remote conversation, press 997 to open the
lock associated with the entrance panel that enabled the
DOSA service.

The function must be enabled in the switchboard (see “Installation
manual”).
