Calling all extensions
To call all extensions simultaneously:
• Pick up the handset;
• dial 400 ;
• all extensions ring
simultaneously; the first
extension that answers
gets through, thereby
excluding the others

Calling an external number
To call an external telephone (fixed-line telephone or mobile
phone):
• Pick up the handset;
• press the 0 key (*);
• dial the required telephone
number.
(*) When 0 is pressed, the switchboard
automatically searches the free
external line; if you want to call using
a specific line
dial:
11 to select line 1;
12 to select line 2;
13 to select line 3*;
14 to select line 4*.
* versions 3 and 4 are available only with a special accessory
