80-31 System Error
•
Gas cylinder shut off valve is not open enough to
provide adequate flow. If necessary, open the valve
approximately another half turn.

Gas flow from gas cylinder was
insufficient. To improve gas flow, the
cylinder valve should be opened further.
80-32 System Error
• Channel X is defective. Choose another channel.
At the conclusion of the procedure, contact Galil
Medical Customer Service.

A defective solenoid on Channel X was
detected; another channel should be
selected.

• Defective MTS in channel [X]. Replace with a new
MTS.
