The editing mode is indicated by a flashing entry cursor in the corresponding
cell.
An edited value can be transferred using one of the following actions:

Pressing the <Enter> key
– or –
●
Pressing the <Tab> key
– or –
●
Pressing an arrow key.
– or –
●
Clicking the mouse on another cell.
After the value has been transferred, the entered value is written directly to the
NC variable in the NC kernel.
If an incorrect value is entered, an error message is displayed in the
status line and the selected cell remains in the editing mode. The
entry can be cancelled or the value can be rewritten after correcting
the entry.
The editing mode can be cancelled at any time as follows:

Pressing the <Esc> key.
The original value is retained in the list.
