4.3.4.D Deleting an Existing Channel
To delete an existing channel, take these steps:
1. Go back to the main OSD window (see
Section 4.3.2
) and highlight the
channel you want to delete.
2. Type [Alt][M] or press either [Ctrl] key twice to access the Command Menu
(see
Section 4.3.3
).
3. Select “Channel Maintenance” from the Command Menu.
4. Choose the “Delete Channel” option.
5. Type “Y” to confirm or “N” to cancel the deletion, then press [Enter].
Press [Esc] at any point to exit this operation without deleting the channel.
4.3.4.E Changing Channel Names and Addresses
To change the name or address of an existing channel if you swap out or move a
PC, take these steps:
1. Go back to the main OSD window (see
Section 4.3.2
) and highlight the
channel whose information you want to change.
2. Type [Alt][M] or press either [Ctrl] key twice to access the Command Menu
(see
Section 4.3.3
).
3. Select “Channel Maintenance” from the Command Menu.
4. Choose the appropriate option (either “Change Channel Name” or “Change
Channel Address”).
5. Enter the new channel name or address, then press [Enter] to accept.
Press [Esc] at any point to exit this operation without saving the changes.
