Global Settings
Click the “Enable OTAR Operation” box under the” Encryption” tab. 1.
Select the “Disable Data Registration” check box under the “Encryption” tab. 2.
Drag-and-drop “Tactical OTAR” to set as a menu item under the “Menus/Controls” tab. 3.
In the SLN field, under the “Encryption” tab, enter the TEK CKR numbers associated with the

desired encryption keys.

Enter the CKEK number under the “Tactical OTAR” tab. 5.
This number must match the number of the CKEK set with the Keyloader. (See “Configuration set

Enter the MTEK number under the “Tactical OTAR” tab. This number must match the number of the 6.

Enter the DTEK number under the “Tactical OTAR” tab. This number must match the number of the 7.
