If the radio is programmed to Transmit on Priority 1, transmissions will occur on PR1 when operating in
Priority Scan Mode.

Zone Scan list
If programmed the KNG can scan across selected zones. (See the
Global Controls screen to enable Zone Scan.)
Use the dropbox to add the current Zone to the Zone Scanning
List
incoming clone
Each zone can be blocked from receiving clone information from a
master radio.
Use the dropbox to accept or reject incoming cloning.
vote Scan
If the radio is equipped with the Vote Scan Option select the desired operation.
Options:
Initial Vote Carrier Only
- If checked, vote scan begins when the
carrier frequency shows activity.
If unchecked, vote scan begins only after all programmed receive
criteria is present. (NAC, TGID etc.)
Fast Vote
- If checked, vote scan selects the first channel in the
list with a signal stronger than the programmed ‘Vote Scan RSSI’.
(See ‘“Global Settings” below)
If unchecked, vote scan checks all programmed vote scan
channels and selects the channel with the strongest signal.
Vote Carrier Only
- If checked, voted channels with a strong
enough signal will be searched ignoring any NAC, Code Guard or
Talkgroup settings.
If unchecked, only channels with the required matching NAC,
Code Guard and/or Talkgroup will be searched.
NOTE: Channel voting occurs only with Channel Scan and is disabled when Zone Scanning. Channels
programmed as Vote channels are treated as normal scan list channels during Zone Scan operation.
