2. Disk Time Out Value Setup 

From Windows Menu go to [Start] -> [Run] and enter [regedit] to start register editor: 

     

Go to:

In general, 60 second

（hex:3c）  is the most popular setting 

 

*If there is no TimeOutValue registry at the above location then create new one as DWORD then put 

name as [TimeOutValue] then value as [3c] in hex format
