The setup is to setup maximum drive speed and SSC(Spectrum Scatter Clock). Depend on hard disk;
SSC might affect the stability of data access. Please check your hard disk specification and adjust if
necessary.

RAID cache data will not be written to disk from cache when Flush Cache was received. This
will improve the file access performance and is recommended. Usually RAID cache size is bigger than hard
disk cache so writing data from RAID cache to disk will spend longer time.

When File Close is executed, the Flush Cache command will be followed to have Cache data
written into HDD. HDD will also synchronize cache till Write operation finished.
