4.3 Deal with

TWO DRIVE DOWN
｣
Under RAID 6, for some reasons, there might be possibility that another drive failed after
「
ONE DRIVE
DOWN
」
, then
「
TWO DRIVE DOWN
」
will be shown. Same as
「
ONE DRIVE DOWN
」
, the drive might
be temporary failed. Follow the similar process to clarify it.
■
How to fix it
①
Press MODE button to stop buzzer
②
It is recommended to backup your data before
performing recovery. There is possibility that
the system might not work normally during
recovery process even after power recycling.
③
Remove one failed drive and replace with new
drive module.
④
Within 3 minutes,
「
RAID-x RECOVERING 0%
」
will be shown meaning Recovery process
stared. When
「
RAID-x ONE DRIVE DOWN
」
is shown, you can start with recovery of 2
nd
drive.
⑤
When recovery is succeeded, LCD will display
「
RAID-x NORMAL
」
.If this happened
frequently, please contact your support window
for service. .If it did not return to NORMAL
state, please contact your support window for
service.
