4.2 Deal with

ONE DRIVE DOWN
｣
state
Under RAID- 6 / 3 / 5 configuration, there are times that BR256 might enter into
「
ONE
DOWN
」
state.
BR256 will then suspend the drive to avoid data corruption. This should not affect the data
access.
■
How to fix it
①
Press MODE button to stop buzzer
②
It is recommended to backup your data before
performing recovery.
There is possibility that the system might not
work normally during recovery process even
after power recycling.

Remove failed drive and replace with new
drive module.

RAID-x RECOVERING 0%
」
will be shown
meaning Recover is started.
⑤
When recovery is succeeded, LCD will display
「
RAID-x NORMAL
」
.If it did not return to
NORMAL state, please contact your support
window for service.
※
User can try to replace the suspicious
HDD with a new one. If the situation
remains unchanged, you should
contact your support.
