Load Slide Map File

Note: Only accessible under ‘Supervisor’ level security log-in.

This function allows the user to recall slides from a previous run without having to re-enter the case/slide information.
�
To utilize this feature click the ‘Load Slide Map File’ button within the ‘Tools’ tab.
�
The “Windows Explorer” window will appear displaying all previously completed runs.
�
The format of the run files will be displayed as follows:

RunSet-2013-05-01-03-15-End
�
The user will then find the run they wish to recall by date and time.
�
They must then select the “Start” version of that RunSet and click the ‘Open’ button located at the bottom of the “Windows
Explorer” window.

This will automatically import the slide information to the positions on the home screen that was originally loaded in the
previous run.

Note: When using this feature the software will not allow the user to generate labels or rescan the slides for verification. It is
the user’s responsibility to ensure the slides are loaded in the appropriate positions.
