in 6-, 12-, 24-, 48-, 96-, and 384-well formats, as well as in 60-, 72- ,and 96-well
Terasaki plate formats.
1.
Start KCjunior.
2.
At KCjunior’s main menu, choose
Setup|Reader 1
.

Reader Setup 1
dialog will appear. Select ELx800,EL800 at
Reader Type
, and define the communication parameters.Click
OK
to
return to the main menu screen.
