1 PT
sampling the full scale value.
Removing the weights in inverse order samples the descent.
The sampling procedure is the same as that used by the full scale zero system,
but in this case several points must be sampled.
Hysteresis
Linearis.
2 PT
At least 3 sample weights are required for the hysteresis correction at two points,
one for sampling the 1st intermediate point, the second to add to the 1st for
sampling the 2nd intermediate point, the third to add to the first two for sampling
the full scale value.
Removing the weights in inverse order samples the descent.
The sampling procedure is the same as that used by the full scale zero system,
but in this case several points must be sampled.
Inverse
Sampling
Inverse sampling can be useful in some cases when it is difficult to load and
unload the known weight from the weighing device, for example in hoppers or
batching systems.
Correction
It allows correcting the scale sampling, without re-sampling, knowing the error
made at the maximum capacity; set the value you want to add with sign (e.g.: the
weight excess is 200 kg, set -200).
Estimated
sampling
It allows calibrating the scale by entering characteristic data of the scale/cells.
ATTENTION this is not a real calibration and the scale may not weigh correctly.

d load
Better known as angle turn, it allows addressing and calculating the slope for
every single cell through wizard. There are 2 methods to perform the angle turn:
Sort by side
The angle turn is performed first on the odd cell side
and then on the even cell side
Sort by cell
number
The angle turn is performed in numerical order from
cell number 1 to the final cell
Procedure
Unload the scale, only when the scale is unloaded
press Sample;
Select one of the 2 methods between sort by
address or by side and sample to continue.
Now check on the screen on which cell the weight is
to be placed, place the weight on it (the minimum
weight must be calculated in this way
) and press Sample, wait a few
seconds and proceed in the same way in the order
shown by the indicator.
At the end of the procedure the indicator prompts to
continue by pressing the Calculate Coefficients
button. Once the coefficients are shown on the
display, it is possible to confirm and save or delete
the procedure. If the coefficients are within the
default ranges, the indicator shows a message
indicating the correct angle calibration, otherwise
