- USER PROGRAM.-
This program allows the user to personalise the training session. This training session is divided into 32
segments. It consists of the user assigning a desired exertion level to each segment before beginning to
exercise.

Screen 14 will appear once the User
Program has been selected, the
previously stored User Program will
appear.
1.-
Should you wish to change it:
A) Press
pause
to modify the first
segment. Use the
+/-
buttons on the
screen. Press
enter
to move to the next segment and so on with all 32. If you wish to undo the change press
X.
Once everything has been modified press
enter
and Screen 15 will appear.
B) On this screen, select your weight. Press
enter
and select the time. Press
enter
to begin the exercise.
2.-
If you do not want to modify the program, press
enter
on Screen 14
to take you to Screen 15. Follw the
steps described above.
You can vary the exertion level during the exercise in any of these programs by pressing the
level
▲
-
level
▼
keys.
During exercise the
R.P.M
symbol may appear, indicating that you are exercising below the minimum rate
at which the brake controller operates correctly. Increase the exercise rhythm.
If you stop exercising, first the
R.P.M
symbol will appear and then, after approximately fifteen seconds, the
pause symbol
pause
will appear. If the machine is not operated within the one minute pause period, Screen
6 will be shown, giving you the statistics for the average values obtained during the exercise session. These
values will be displayed for 15 seconds and conclude the exercise.
1.- TUNING THE CHANNELS.-
Automatic channel tuning is done from the Main Menu.
Press the
pause
key and then
stop
to enter into the engineering mode.
Once inside, press
TV SETUP
and then press
DTV SETUP.
