The test does not work unless you
have both hands placed on the
sensors (R) (Hand-grips). In this case
the message «F6» will appear on the
screen at the end of the test.
BODY-FAT FUNCTION
To measure your BODY_FAT when
doing exercise:
Press the MODE key and SCAN will
flash. Use the UP

/DOWN

keys to
select
Fat%.
Press
the
START/ENTER key and you will be
prompted to enter your sex (1 Male, 0
Female).
Use the UP

DOWN
▼
keys to
select. Press the START/ENTER key
and it will ask for your age (10-100),
use the UP

/DOWN
▼
keys to select
and press the START/ENTER key. It
will now ask for your height (100-220
cm), use the UP

/DOWN
▼

select and press the START/ENTER
key. Finally it will ask for your weight
(30 – 180 kg) use the UP

keys to select and press the
START/ENTER key.
Place both hands on the hand-grip
sensors (R) and certain characters
(
) will appear on the
screen displaying your BMR (Basal
Metabolic Rate, values between 1 –
9999), BMI (Body Mass Index, values
between 1.0 – 99.9), FAT% ( Body fat
%, values between 5 – 50%), this last
value will be shown on the main
screen and the previous values on the
bottom screens.
NOTE:
If the error code “E
├├
” is shown on
the screen then this means that you
do not have your hands positioned
correctly on the hand-grip sensors (R).
Personal data is not stored and will be
lost when the monitor is reset or
switched off.
