ELECTRONIC MONITOR
To give you greater control over the
exercise, this electronic monitor
provides simultaneous read-outs of
speed/rpm, distance, exercise time,
calories burnt and pulse rate.
SWITCHING ON
Insert the jack (m) on the transformer
(g) into the connection hole (k) on the
main body (A) (bottom, rear of the
machine)
and
then
plug
the
transformer into a 220 V mains supply,

The monitor will switch on displaying
the message U1 in the centre of the
screen. Select the user, between U1-
U4, using the
▲
/
▼
keys and then
press the MODE key
.
The letter “M?” will appear on the
display, press the START/ENTER key
to confirm and the first column of
exertion settings will start to flash. The
set time for each column is 1 minute,
with 16 exertion levels.
Use the UP
▲
DOWN
▼
keys to select
the exercise exertion level, indicated
at the top of the display (L1-L16) .
Press the START/ENTER key and this
will take you to the next column until
you complete the user defined
exercise
graph.
Hold
the
START/ENTER key down for a few
seconds to start the exercise.
When in SCAN mode the display will
scan through the Time (Time 00:00 -
99:59); Dist (Distance 0.1 km - 999.9
km); Cal (Calories 0.1 - 999.9); Pulse
(Pulse 40 – 220); R.P.M values every
8 seconds, the Watts consumed will
also be displayed at the top of the
display.
Never leave the unit unattended when
it is plugged in. Unplug it from the
electric socket when not in use.

This monitor also has 1 manual
program, 8 pre-set exertion level
programs; 4 user defined programs
(U1-U4); 3 Heart Rate Control
programs and 1 Recovery program.
