3 HARDWARE INSTALLATION

3.2.5.5.4.2 Updating/Creating Users and Passwords

1. Log in to the LP4502 Configuration Manager.
2. Click on the ‘User’ tab on the left-side of the LP4502 home

screen. As an option you may want to add your own User
to the Mercury panel.

The Mercury Board User Interface Page will appear as follows:

NOTE:

Make sure the Mercury panel has the latest firmware.

It must be firmware version 1.29 or greater to work with Wi-Q.
Check with Mercury for firmware update instructions.

To update the SCP panel firmware, go to the Diagnostic page.
There are separate firmware files for the main SCP panel firm-
ware and Over-Watch. If your panel doesn’t have Overwatch
installed then check with Mercury or your panel provider for the
appropriate firmware file to load.
