Operation and configuration

Changing the parameters usually has an immediate effect on the measuring 
and alarm functions. The changed parameter is stored in a non-volatile me-
mory by pressing the Enter or "ESC" button after returning to the sub menu 
(flashing cursor in column 1).
All measuring and alarm functions continue to run in the background during 
these menu operations.

5.2.3

Changing from the menu mode to the standard mode

Pressing the "ESC" button allows fast changing from the menu mode to the 
standard mode. Thus, the menu item "EXIT" need not to be activated.
If no button is pressed in a main or submenu, the system will automatically re-
turn from the menu mode to the standard mode after approximately five 
minutes.
