Oil pressure is too low.

Diesel engine is too hot.
SN. Causes Troubleshooting
1 There is no oil in oil pan or oil is insufficient. Add oil as required.
2 Engine oil grade is not compliant. Replace with compliant engine oil.

Coolant temperature or engine oil tempera-
ture is too high.
Check whether the cooling system
works normally, eliminate the failure.
4 Excessive resistance in engine oil filter. Replace with a new filter element.
5 Engine oil cooler clogged. Check and clean.

Suction filter, engine oil pipe, or washer of
pipe joint is clogged or broken.
Check and clean the pipeline or re-
place the components.
7 Leakage from inlet pipe of engine oil pump.
Check, repair or replace the inlet pipe
and its joint.

Failure of pressure regulating valve in main
oil passage.
Check, replace the pressure regulat-
ing valve.
9 Main oil passage clogged. Check and clean.

Excessive bearing shell gap, or damaged
bearing shell.
Check and replace.
11 Excessive wear of parts and components.
Check and overhaul the diesel en-
gine.
12 Diesel fuel leaked into lubricating oil.
Check the smell or the flash point of
lubricating oil.
SN. Causes Troubleshooting
1 Too long overload work time of diesel engine. Reduce the load.
2 Bad combustion. Check the injector.
3 Insufficient or excessive lubricating oil.
Add or discharge oil based on oil
dipstick.
4 Oil cooler clogged. Clean or replace oil cooler.
5 Insufficient water pump flow.
Check water pump impeller gap, re-
place if necessary.
6 Fan speed is low. Adjust the tension of fan belt.

There is too much lime scale in the cooling
system.
Remove the lime scale.
8 Poor thermostat cooling effect. Remove the dirt from the radiator.
9 Thermostat failure. Check and repair.
