Caution
Note that the Baroness product warranty may
not apply to defects caused by incorrect or
overtorque tightening, etc.
Important
Be sure to replace the bearing and thrust
bearing with new ones.
Drive the bearing into the front wheel arm.
Note:
Use a bearing driver to drive in the bearing
and thrust bearing.
Important
When driving in the thrust bearing, be careful
not to scratch the housing washer.
Drive in the shaft washer of the thrust
bearing.
Apply grease to the balls of the thrust
bearing, and then install them.
Install the housing washer.
Apply grease to the entire thrust bearing.

Caution
Installation of the front wheel arm ass'y is a
two-person job. Be sure that one person holds
the front wheel arm ass'y.
Place and hold the front wheel arm ass'y on
the jack.
Fit the front wheel arm assy into the
housing section of the main body from
below.
Caution
Be careful not to raise the jack too high so that
the main body may not come off the jack
stand.
Lightly tap the housing section of the main
body with a hammer while slowly raising the
jack, and securely fit the front wheel arm
ass'y into the housing section of the main
body.
Drive in the bearing.
Note:
Use a bearing driver to drive in the bearing.
