- Check power band belt and ensure tension is “taut” with no more than 1/2” of
deflection in the belt

– Lubricate the carriage drive chains (1 per side).

Zep 2000
or heavy oil.

– Clean carriage wheel rails (1 per side) using an
air hose or brush

DAILY
– Check the tailing or off-load conveyor for
proper tracking. If necessary, modify tracking with the
adjustment bolts that connect to the belt extender.

If an adjustment is required, loosen
the four (4) mounting bolts on the
50-hp electric motor and adjust belt
tension via the two (2) tensioning
bolts beside the motor. Re-tighten
the motor mounting bolts when the
proper tension has been achieved.
