Avaya 2050 IP Softphone Diagnostics

To open a previously saved diagnostics page:

Click the

Menu

button in the top left corner of the diagnostics page

window.

Select

Open

Browse to the location of the file you want to open.

Select the file.

Click

Open

Using the Diagnostics View menu

From the View menu, you can choose from the following:

•

Refresh

—Select to refresh the current diagnostics page.

•

Auto-Refresh

—Select to have the diagnostics page refresh

automatically after a specified interval.

•

Set Auto-Refresh Interval

—Select to change the auto-refresh

interval. The default is 15 seconds. You can set the interval from a
minimum of 1 second to a maximum of 600 seconds.

•

System Information

—Select to view system information.
