SECURITY MEASURES
Please read this manual carefully before using the product to avid
damage during use. Before switching on the product, make sure that
the technical specifications of the product shown on the label corre-
spond to the parameters of the electric network. Incorrect use can
lead to damage of the product, cause material damage or cause dam-
age to the health of the user. Use only for household purposes in ac-
cordance with this Manual. The product is not intended for commer-
cial use. Use the product only for its intended purpose. Do not use
the product near the kitchen sink, outdoors and in rooms with high
humidity. Always unplug the product from the electrical network
when it is not in use, as well as before assembly, disassembly and
cleaning. The product must not be unattended while it is connect-
ed to the electric network. Make sure that the power cord does not
touch the sharp edges of furniture and hot surfaces. To avoid electric
shock, do not attempt to disassemble or repair the product by your-
self. When disconnecting the product from the electric network, do
not pull on the power cord, hold the plug. Do not twist or wind the
cord. The product is not designed to be operated by an external timer
or a separate remote control system. CAUTION! This appliance can
be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience
and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the
hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning
and user maintenance shall not be made by children without super-
vision. Do not use accessories that are not included in the delivery
suite. ATTENTION! Do not allow children to play with plastic bags or
wrapping film. THREAT OF SUFFOCATION! ATTENTION! Do not use
this product outdoors. ATTENTION! Be especially careful if children
under 8 years or people with disabilities are close to the product
in use. ATTENTION! Do not use this product near combustible ma-
terials, explosives, or self-igniting gases. Do not install this product
near a gas or electric stove, or other heat sources. Do not expose the
product to direct sunlight. ATTENTION! Do not allow children un-
der 8 years to touch the body, the power cord and the plug of the
power cord while the product is in operation. If the product has been
kept for a while at a temperature below 0 ºC, it must be left at room
temperature for at least 2 hours before switching it on. ATTENTION!
Do not handle the power cord and the power cord plug with wet
hands. ATTENTION! Unplug the product from the electric network
every time before cleaning, and also if you do not use it. ATTENTION!
When connecting the product to an electrical network do not use an
adapter. ATTENTION! To avoid overloading the electric network, do
not connect the product with other powerful electrical appliances to
the same electric network. CAUTION! Do not touch moving parts. Do
not install the knife and lattice while using the “KEBBE” attachment.
CAUTION! Do not try to process food products with hard fibers (gin-
ger, horseradish), bread, rusks, bones and nuts. Do not overload the
appliance with products. Be careful while handling a cutting knife -
it’s very sharp! CAUTION! Do not use any objects to push products,
do not push the meat with your fingers, use a pusher. CAUTION! The
maximum permissible continuous operation time is not more than 5
minutes with a mandatory break of at least 10 minutes between op-
erations. CAUTION! The maximum permissible continuous operation
time of the “R” function (reverse) - must not exceed 20 sec. ATTEN-
TION! For additional protection in the power circuit, it is advisable
to install a residual current device with a rated operating current not
exceeding 30 mA. To install the device, contact a specialist.
BEFORE FIRST USE
Remove the meat grinder from its packaging, remove all packing materials. All removable parts that will come into contact with products
(except the appliance body), wash with warm water and detergent, dry thoroughly before assembly.
PREPARATION FOR OPERATION
Install the product on a flat level, stable and dry surface. Do not
block the ventilation openings on the bottom panel. At an angle of
45º, install the loading neck in the meat grinder body and, without
applying any force, turn the nozzle counterclockwise until it locks
into place. Insert the auger with the long end into the charging neck
and rotate it until it snaps into place. Put the knife on the auger and
then - one of the lattice so that its protrusions go into the grooves
at the loading neck, and the cutting edges of the knife fit snugly
to its plane, otherwise the meat will not be processed. Tighten the
locking nut clockwise (without overtightening). Place the food tray
on the loading neck.
OPERATION OF THE PRODUCT
Cut the meat into pieces of the size, so that they can freely pass into
the loading neck. Before connecting the meat grinder to the power,
make sure that the switch is in the “0” position. Plug the power cord
into an electric network. Turn the switch to the “ON” position. Put the
meat in a tray and gradually, without app;ying any force, put it into
the loading neck using a pusher.
“REVERSE” FUNCTION. During operation, the loading neck can be
clogged with food. Turn off the meat grinder by moving the switch
to the “0” position. After the motor has stopped completely, move
the switches to the “R” position. The auger will start to rotate in the
opposite direction and push out the stuck products. If it does not
work, unplug the grinder from the power, disassemble and clean
the loading neck.
NOZZLE “KUBBE”. KUBBE is a traditional Middle Eastern dish. It
is usually prepared from lamb and wheat cereals, which are twist-
ed into a homogeneous minced meat. Insert the auger into the
loading port. On the auger, install the “KUBBE” nozzle. Tighten the
locking nut.
NOZZLE COOKING SAUSAGES. Assemble the filler neck. Between
the grate and the fixing nut, install the sausage nozzle.
CLEANING AND CARE
Press the “ON / OFF” button. Make sure the motor is fully stopped. Un-
plug the power cord from the electrical outlet. Disassemble in the re-
verse assembly order. To facilitate disassembly, special lugs are provid-
ed on the fixing nut. Remove the remnants of food. Wash all the parts
in contact with the products, warm water with a neutral detergent.
After, wipe the metal parts with a dry cloth. It is not recommended
to wash the metal and plastic parts of the meat grinder in the dish-
washer! Do not use abrasive or chemical cleaners. Clean, dried knife
and grates wipe with a cloth impregnated with vegetable oil. Do not
immerse the grinder body in water. Wipe it with a damp cloth.
STORAGE
Before storage, make sure that the product is disconnected from electric network. Complete all the requirements of the CLEANING AND
MAINTENANCE section. Keep the product in a dry, cool place and out of the reach of children.
