Requirement of transverse perforation
The transverse perforation should not across the gear hole, but it should at the center of two
adjacent gear holes, as well as, the wrap should not over 0.1mm.
The edge of the transverse perforation should be straight, it should not be broken, and the crease
should superpose with the transverse perforation.
◆ Requirement of Multi-ply paper
This printer support the multi-ply paper which the fixed method is point pulp, line pulp or paper
binding. It is strictly prohibited to use the multi-ply paper which is fixed through metal staple.
○ Point Pulp
• Point pulp should be in both ends, it is not allow pointing pulp only in one end.
• The point pulp position should be the same. and the size is

Φ 5mm.
• The position of point pulp should be pressed down tightly to avoid warping.
• There should not be any obvious crease on the point pulp position.
• Each page of the point pulp paper is interleaving. (Interleaving between each ply)
• The position of point pulp is shown as below.
○ Line Pulp
• The line pulp position should be the same. and the width is 1 ~ 2mm.
• The position of line pulp should be pressed down tightly to avoid warping.
• Line pulp fixing should not use the paper which is obviously crease.
• Please don’t bare the pulp at the edge of paper.
Note: If the place with pulp is hard, as the result, the paper will not be fed precisely.
