Top rear cover

Remove the two cover stoppers at the top of

printer.
Loosen the screws on both sides of the top
rear cover bottom, and then take out the
stoppers.

Remove the top rear cover

Move the top rear cover towards the inner of
the printer, and then turn it 90

°

reversely, at

last, pull it out upwards.

6.4 Contact the Technical Service Centre

If the printer is malfunction and cannot solve the problem through the operation shown in 6.2, the
components of the printer are damage during using or you need to buy some consumables, please
contact the nearest technical service centre.
