Click “Save”.

Create Groups
Groups make it possible to send one message to several handsets in the system.

Click “Users & Groups” on the start page.

Enter User name and Password and click “OK”

Select Messaging Users > Groups in the left menu. The
Create Group ID
page
opens.

Enter the following settings:

Add members/handsets to the group in the Member Administration section.
Members can be added manually, or by using the Call ID search button.
The Call IDs must have been defined in Messaging Users > Users, if not, the group
cannot be saved.

Click “Save”.

The messaging system to which the handset that shall
receive the diverted messages belongs.
