Management

This document outlines the steps to configure SNMP and syslog for an Aruba wireless
network.

Configuring SNMP for the Aruba
WLAN Switch

Aruba WLAN Switches and APs support versions 1, 2c, and 3 of SNMP for reporting
purposes only. In other words, SNMP cannot be used for setting values in an Aruba system in
the current version.

Follow the steps below to configure a switch’s basic SNMP parameters:
