Canceling PPV Purchases From the Program Guide
You can use the program guide to cancel PPV purchases as long as they are within the cancel
window defined by the cable company. The procedure below shows how you do this.
To cancel PPV purchases from the program guide
5 Press the SELECT button to cancel the
purchase. One of the following occurs:
• If this is a program that can be canceled, you
see the following message. Go to the next
step.
• If this is a program that can no longer be canceled, you see a message indicating this.
Press the A button and go to step 8.
6 Press the A button to cancel the timer and the purchase disappears from the Summary
column.
7 When you are done, press the left arrow button. You return to the Preference column.
8 To cancel additional purchases, return to step 4.
9 To exit the Settings menu, press the EXIT button.
1 Press the GUIDE button. The program guide displays.
2 Press the arrow buttons to select the purchased PPV program you want to cancel. A
purchased program displays in yellow with a timer symbol.
